From March 26th to 28th, SEMICON China 2025, the annual global semiconductor industry event, was grandly held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. As the most influential semiconductor full industry chain exhibition platform in Asia, this year's exhibition brought together leading companies in the global semiconductor field, covering core areas such as chip design, manufacturing, packaging and testing, equipment, materials, photovoltaics, and new display technologies.

At the exhibition, Nashet Intelligent showcased its silicon carbide epitaxial equipment product matrix. As a core product, we showcased a stable and mature 8-inch single-chamber silicon carbide epitaxial equipment and launched a new 8-inch fully automatic dual-chamber silicon carbide epitaxial equipment. The unique advantages of the equipment attracted much attention: the gas system has a multi-zone independent gas control function, enabling precise allocation; the unique reaction chamber components are simplified, and the structure is optimized; it can not only grow high-quality epitaxial layers but also further optimize epitaxial production costs, helping customers reduce costs and increase efficiency.
During the exhibition, the Nashet Intelligent booth was constantly visited by customers. The Nashet Intelligent team engaged in in-depth exchanges with visiting customers, sharing the company's product technology breakthroughs and innovative achievements. The on-site interaction was enthusiastic, and visiting guests gave high praise to Nashet Intelligent's product performance and application prospects.
