Li Xiaotian obtained a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering from Queen's University and a master's degree in advanced composite materials from Imperial College London. In 2019, our company developed the first open CVD equipment for large-scale, continuous and uninterrupted production of high-quality transparent thin-film graphene, which is one of the most efficient equipment for producing transparent graphene. The equipment uses the coiled copper foil as a catalyst, conveys the copper foil in the atmosphere from the specially designed inlet to the high temperature furnace through the discharging roller and the guide roller, and then transfers the copper foil from the other end of the high temperature furnace at a certain speed. The output is returned to the atmosphere, and then the copper foil is transferred to the winding roller through the guide roller. The method of growing graphene is to pass a certain flow and proportion of methane, hydrogen and inert gas into a high-temperature furnace. During the process of passing through the furnace body, a dense and continuous transparent graphene film can be grown on the surface of the copper foil.
